Below are instructions for modifying browser settings to ensure trouble free survey design in zTelligence. Instructions are included for Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator.

For Microsoft Internet Explorer:

With Internet Explorer open select Internet Options from the Tools menu.

With the Internet Options menu open on the General tab click the Settings button.

Check that Every visit to the page is selected > click OK

Once again in the Internet Options menu select the Security tab and click the Custom Level button.

Scroll down in the Security Settings menu and verify that Stored AND per-session cookies are Enabled

Again, scroll down in the Security Settings menu and ensure that Active scripting is Enabled, then click OK to exit Security Settings, and OK to exit Internet Options.

For Netscape Navigator:

Select Preferences in the Edit menu.

In the Preferences menu Select the Advanced folder at the bottom. Make sure that the Enable JavaScript Check box is selected. Make sure that the Accept all cookies radio button is selected.

Expand the Advanced folder and select Cache. Verify that the Every time radio button is selected in the lower part of the Cache settings menu. Click OK.
